For this episode of the JamDad Podcast, we’re pouring up something bright, crisp, and a little unconventional. Our featured drink of the week is the Japanese Gin and Tonic—a beautiful, neon-green twist on the standard highball that brings a subtle melon sweetness to the party. It’s the perfect fuel for some late-night gear talk and unscripted laughs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Midori melon liqueur
  • 2 oz Tonic water
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions: Fill a highball glass with plenty of fresh ice. Pour in your gin and Midori, giving it a quick stir to combine. Top it off with cold tonic water, squeeze in a fresh lime wedge, and drop it right into the glass.
