For this episode of the JamDad Podcast, we’re popping open some bubbles for a classy, crisp twist on a timeless standard. Our featured drink of the week is the French 45—a brandy-based variation of the classic French 75. We shake up smooth brandy with fresh citrus, then top it off with a generous pour of crisp prosecco. It’s the perfect companion for some late-night gear talk and unscripted laughs.
