For this episode of the JamDad Podcast, we’re throwing it back to an absolute timeless classic and a true staple of the show. While Eric was fueling up on coffee to power through the evening, the rest of the crew was kicking back with a crisp, refreshing Gin and Tonic. It’s simple, it’s sharp, and it’s the ultimate uncomplicated drink to sip on while diving into some late-night gear talk and our usual unscripted laughs.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Premium Gin (we like Hendrick’s)
  • 4 oz High-quality Tonic water
  • Fresh lime wedge or wheel for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions: Fill a highball glass or a large wine goblet to the brim with fresh ice. Pour the premium gin over the ice, then top it off gently with your favorite chilled tonic water to keep the carbonation alive. Stir briefly and gently to combine, then squeeze a fresh lime wedge over the top and drop it into the glass.
